EVERGRANDE SECURES LAND IN JIAOZHOU, QINGDAO TO DEVELOP WATER WORLD RESORT

Two parcels of land have been sold in Qingdao, in the Shandong province of China. The land was bought by Qingdao Henglu Tourism Development Co., which intends to develop the Evergrande Water World project.

The land covers a total area of 82,600 sq. mt. and a total construction area of 148,700 sq. mt. The purchase price of the parcels of land was 370 million yuan.

Qingdao Henglu Tourism Development Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of Qingdao Evergrande Water World Tourism Development Co., Ltd, which belongs to Evergrande group.

The Qingdao Evergrande Water World project will cover an area of 3,500 acres, with a total investment of approximately 50 billion yuan.

The all-weather, all-season Water World site is being developed to be a world-class indoor entertainment complex.
