Gateway Ticketing Systems, a leading provider of ticketing systems for the world’s tops theme parks, waterparks and other attractions, has hosted an operational strategies webinar.

Titled ‘Operational Strategies for Now and the Next Normal,’ the online session invited professionals from the attractions industry to explore the best operational strategies and approaches during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The webinar discussed a number of important topics, including how to use tools like CRM to expand communication, ways of providing alternative revenue streams, best measures for preparing to reopen with limitations, and other essential issues and unique challenges the attractions industry is facing at the moment.

Three guest speakers presented the seminar – Donna Powell, business and administrative services manager at Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium and Northwest Trek, Jarrid Vaughn, senior manager of Visitor Experience and FUN Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden, and Kelly Bules, business solutions manager at Gateway Ticketing Systems and former director of visitor and volunteer services at the National WWII Museum in New Orleans.
